ULTRA SEAL is a proprietary blend of cellulosic fibre groups, filtration control agents and physical lubricants, used to control a variety of lost circulation types in drilling fluids. ULTRA SEAL is available in four grades. ULTRA SEAL XP and ULTRA SEAL TG are fine grade materials used as a seepage loss preventative as well as promoting anti-friction. These products may be used in both waterbased and oil-based fluids. ULTRA SEAL C is a blend of cellulose vegetable fibres and is blended in a medium to coarse grade. The product is coated with a food-grade mineral oil and is compatible with both water-based and oil-based fluids.ULTRA SEAL PLUS is a blend of XP and C with additional larger sealing agents. It is used to combat total or massive losses.
