FLOCCULATION AGENT
HYPERDRILL® NF 301 is a high molecular weight, non-ionic polyacrylamide flocculant. It is supplied in a unique micro-bead form which renders the product free-flowing and essentially dust-free. It has excellent handling characteristics, mixes easily and dissolves quickly when added to water-based fluid systems.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS:
- Used in a broad range of solid-liquid separation processes in water and waste treatment and mineral processing applications for settling, thickening and dewatering.
- Can be used alone or in conjunction with alum or ferric salts, polyaluminum chloride, polyamines and polyDADAMACs.
RECOMMENDED TREATMENT:
Water and Waste Treatment
- Settling / Clarification: 0.2 – 20 ppm
- Thickening / Dewatering: 0.25 – 5 Kg/ton
Minerals Processing
- Settling / Thickening: 0.0025 – 0.0.5 Kg/ton
- Dewatering: 0.05 – 1 Kg/ton
