LUBRA-GLIDE Co-Polymer Beads are spherical solid beads that provide mechanical lubrication. LUBRA-GLIDE is available in two grades: Fine and Coarse.

Reduces torque and drag, casing wear
Is non-abrasive and environmentally safe
Is recoverable using a patented process
Is compatible with both oil and water-based fluids
Resistance to deformation is > 25,000 psi hydrostatic
Thermally stable downhole to 230°C in a drilling environment

RECOMMENDED TREATMENT

To control torque and drag: 5.7 – 23.0 kg/m³
For spotting wire-line and casing operations: 22.9 – 34.3 kg/m³

Solubility: Insoluble

MIXING/HANDLING:

Mix through a conventional mud hopper. Refer to the SDS for specific precautions and handling requirements.
