SUPER-SWEEP® is a specially treated synthetic fibre made from 100% virgin materials in a monofilament form. It is used as an advanced hole-cleaning agent for the drilling fluid industry.

RECOMMENDED TREATMENT

0.5 – 0.7 kg/m³; mixed into a pre-determined volume pill and circulated.

MIXING/HANDLING:

Can be quickly added to the fluid system in pill form through the hopper. Simply mix the desired concentration of SUPER-SWEEP into a pre-determined volume pill and circulate while continuing normal operations. The SUPER-SWEEP fibres and captured solids are easily removed by the solids control equipment. Refer to the SDS for specific precautions and handling requirements.
